All appointments must be held with a valid credit or debit card. If you do not have a credit or debit card you will have to prepay for your appointment in advance!
Rescheduling & Cancellation
We are a small facility; cancellations affect us greatly. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hour period will be charged 50% of the original service dollar amount. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the original service dollar amount. This does not give us adequate time to fill the schedule and will directly affect our income. Any appointments that are missed (No Call, No Show) will also result in a charge of the full price of your scheduled services.
We also have a 15 minute late policy to ensure that your appointment will not interfere with other clients’ appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule your services for a future date. This will also result in 100% of your service charged. Please be considerate of our time.
Any charges using the credit card on file will be charged a $5 processing fee as well.
P.S We are located close to a very active railroad track. Please plan your drive here accordingly. We reserve enough time for your service to provide the best experience possible.
Only one Discount will be awarded per visit. Exempted Services include: Lash Lift w/ Tint and Spray Tanning. No discount cards can be used to purchase products!
Child Safety Policy
Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our other guests. If you do come to your appointment with a child under the age of 12 your appointment will be rescheduled and all cancellation policies apply. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Jewelry & Personal Items
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to any personal articles, including clothing and accessories.
GVB Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. The value of a Gift Certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. Gift Certificates must be presented at time of service. Gift Certificates should be used before expiration date.
Redeeming Gift Certificates Won at Fund-Raisers
If you are the recipient of a Gift Certificate you won or bid for at a charity event or fund-raiser, you must inform us when calling to schedule your appointment.
Forms of Payment
We reserve the right to change prices and services at anytime without notification. We accept all major Credit Cards and Cash; but please, no Personal Checks.
Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of original purchase. We do not offer refunds or apply credit towards services for returned merchandise.
